System sound lowers when i start, or tab into the game

So this was not a problem until a couple of months ago, when i start the game all system sound lowers to 50% but when i tab out to change it it goes back to whatever i had it set to (almost always from 80-90 because i have a volume nob on my headset). i dealt with it for so long and its starting to annoy me. i have tried looking it up but i can't find anything on this problem, could anybody help me out?

I did everything on there, the audio was already set to "do nothing". also i did what some of the comments said about discord but the problem is still there. It's weird becasue it only happens with the steam version of RL, i also have the epic version and it dooesnt have that problem. its only this game.

In that case only difference currently is that Voice Chat is available on Steam.
Try disable Voice Chat it in Settings - Gameplay or even unbind/rebind in Settings - Controls - Change Bindings
