Report a translation problem
Kernel32.dll is related to Windows - You can try check if your Windows files are corrupted :

Basically running cmd as administrator and running command - DISM and sfc
(Maybe try do Windows Updates too before too)
You could maybe upload full text of log for example to https://pastebin.com/
Also check in Reliability History in Windows with Crash/Not responding reports :
Control Panel - Security and Maintenance - Maintenance - View Reliability History (Monitor) - View all reports -
Search for Rocket League and View Details for most recent date. (if you have more reports click on "More" and double click to open one with recent time)

Firstly I can open game to main menu and it won't crash (ıdk why) but when ı enter a game (any type game like classic or competitive). I am playing like 2 or 3 minute and it will crash with no reason like suddenly game closes and there is no any pop up windows messages or any error messages from game. But interestingly when game crashes I can paste this game error message (That I paste up here). Btw my graphic card is Nvidia GTX 1050Ti
I tried to :
1. Updating my GPU drivers what already updated.
2. Trying to system trubleshooting (or looking system health ıdk what its used to ) with cmd sfc/scannow and there is some corrupting files which windows take care of them.
3. Trying to open game with -dx9 ,-dx10,-dx11,-dx12 and -windowed mode but no improvements.
Idk what to do and ı am exhausted to search...
If you can help me I will be relieved. (And thanks so much for reply.)

and unfortunately ita Turkish but "Çalışma durduruldu" means "*** Stop working".
1) On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and type advanced system settings. Then click View advanced system settings.
2) Click Settings.
3) Click the Advanced tab, and then click Change.
4) Uncheck the box next to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.
5) Click your C drive.
6) Click the option button next to Custom size, and then type 4096 in the text box next to Initial size (MB) and Maximum size (MB)
7) Click Set, then OK.
8) Restart your computer and your game.
I am not sure if this will work for you but but there is nothing to lose by trying.
Try what wrote Simo.
1. try reinstall graphic driver
2. did you do DISM command and Windows Updates too?
3. -dx commands are no longer supported (-dx10 and -dx12 never were)
You did not understand, double click on one of that reports to open more info and then upload screenshot from there.

I did windows updates it looks like everythinks fine bu I didn't do DISM command and Idk how to use that command.

I tried to use DISM command but it said ı need elevetad command promt and elevetad permissions. Btw ıdk how to send full crash report(ı mean log file) to you.

I tried to do Simo's suggestion and it really work well firstly but then it started to crash again with this crash ♥♥♥♥

Try do reinstall graphic driver and choose "Perform clean installation"
