Are Rocket League steam key prices accurate?

So in my country, eneba and others, for example G2A, sell Rocket League steam keys for 2000Rons. In dollars, that would be 500$. Is this for real? I figured its expensive because epic bought rocket league and now a key on steam is rare. But does anybody buy them? 500$ for a rocket league key when the game is free to play on epic?
I am glad i have it on steam tho, it automatically feels more premium.

Since it's no longer possible to buy the game on Steam, whatever activation keys that were left out there became quite valuable. They're only worth what people are willing to pay for it. I've seen a few go for around $100 a few months ago, I'm not surprised if they kept rising. But the keys become worthless once activated, so... Yeah no, nobody in their right mind would buy it for that price.

Sick ngl. I won't sell my steam account because i need it, but if that means my steam account is worth 500$+... feels good

The key itself is valuable because it's rare and easy to trade, but again, once activated loses most of its value. It doesn't mean that someone would be willing to buy a Steam account for that much simply because RL is on it. Also, account selling is easily bannable.

Well not gonna do it anyway, idk why but rl feels more premium on steam. On epic it feels weird.

Steam is superior to EGS. And indeed having a steam copy feels better than using a f2p for some (+ legacy items etc).
Despite all the trashy games seen in the store, their woke bias and censorship issues, it still the best.
