Didnt get my skyline?

I bought this game in august 2015 then moved to xbox bought the skyline there and my accounts linked and saw about the premium dlc is cross platform but i dont have it? how do i go about to transfer it

Sorry if i miss understood what you mean, so if i purchased the skyline on my xbox account, and have made that my main one for the stats n etc (But play on my steam) all i gotta do is log into my xbox and itll transfer? (the account that has the skyline and batman?

I believe that is how it works. All my DLC has always been on PC. So I can't test it myself.

So when it first switched to Epic.....................................it asked me if i wanted to use my steam account as my primary or create a new epic account. I choose to use my steam as primary since all my purchases have been on steam.

It doesn't matter which account you make your primary. Once it's all synchronized you can get them everywhere
