Here is an overview of methods that might fix it:
http://team-dignitas.net/articles/blogs/rocket-league/13446/how-to-fix-the-heavy-car-bug-in-rocket-league
Melander's method personally helped me a lot.
I've never personally experienced and don't even see it videos that people "claim" to be the bug.
The only thing I can think of that could make the game feel "heavy" is using the STS/CSTS input buffer. As it can slow down and speed up your game depending on the network environment.
I mean that isn't proven as people have used Bakkes mod to prove there is a variable input response.
I can only speak from personal experience, I’m not denying it doesn’t exist its just a strange bug that affects few people
I tried rl at my friends house and is the same, but he doesn't feel that is something wrong.
Maybe their servers and my internet provider are not on the same page, but i wont change it for one game lol.
How am i problem? I said that in training is like day and night. When i start to play online is like 3x more delay. Even front flips are slow an unresponsive, don't get me start about hitboxes. Can't even hit fast ball like wtf. I have 1.5k hours, don't get me with placebo that is all in my head lol. And i tried slowmo, nop, it doesn't work
