No I had this around 4 times, but the Xbox game bar only appeared on the first one

Thanks, glad to know I'm not alone. It's happening always on the first match after launching the game, probably has something to do with the latest update
how the hell is bluetooth not supported?
Bluetooth on Windows has always been garbage and is very prone to connection issues. So it is not support.
Use wired or get the official Xbox One Wireless Adapter or PS4 Wireless Adapter.
I use Xbox One Wireless Adapter and its not that great TBH. Frequently forgets that its paired but once its connected all good.
Just weird that in 2021, there are no good bluetooth options on Windows.
If you're having issues with the Xbox Wireless Adapter. It's probably a fake. Pretty much never buy them off Amazon and only get them from Microsoft directly.
I own three of them(Two chunky and one slim) and one is a fake that always has issues connecting. Ended up taking it apart and compared it to the official one and it's way different on the inside.
Only suggestions I have is:
-Disable Xbox Game Bar and turn off Game Mode in Windows 10.
-Download the Xbox Accessories app from the Windows 10 Store and see if it has firmware updates.
-Make sure the controller is plugged directly into the back of the motherboard : Not on front or through hubs
-Also make sure you don't have too many USB things plugged in. If the USB Controller is overloaded, it will cause devices to drop.
Edit: Also forgot to mention. Are you on a Ryzen CPU? Some Ryzen motherboards have known issues with USB. It's fixed in a manufacturer bios update.
All done before the bug started and I'm using Intel and Nvidia.
That's likely unrelated, only happened on the first time (maybe I even clicked the button without noticing). We didn't need to disable it before and it's only happening in Rocket League, the latest patch broke something. Other people I met during online matches said they were having the issue as well, it's like the game is going to background process in the middle of matches.
Xbox One controllers didn't have Bluetooth until the S variant came out. Didn't require any firmware updates to use it.
I've never had any luck using Bluetooth on my PC(Using Windows 7,8,8.1 and 10). I've tried Bluetooth adapters and used my built in Bluetooth and it's always got connection issues. If the connection starts to drop, any game will start to lag. Cause the Windows 10 Bluetooth driver causes it. Also had this issue before trying to use Bluetooth headphones with my VR Headset.
I pretty much only use Bluetooth on my Android phone for playing emulation.
