My temps seem to be fine, usually stays around 50-60 C in-game. Which is normal for an AMD card. It gets higher in other games with no weird flickers.
Have you messed with the ini files?
Should probably delete your config files and let it generate new ones.
Thanks for the input. The flickers are so 'split second' that it is hard to identify, but it is so that they replicate distorted images of certain particle effects (from boost pads, etc).
I tried replicating the issue on a friend's gaming laptop. It seems to happen there, but not as accentuated and it really are only the sparks from the ball colliding with the car that caused it there.
When you boost up to the ball in free play, sometimes the sparks will look glitched; much larger sparks will pop up very close to your FOV.
So I am unsure yet, but it could just be the game indeed.
Update your GPU Drivers.
Also, locking this post as it is very old and looks similar, but isn't the same as the AMD GPU Driver bug.
