So I have looked everywhere but I can't find a clear yes or no answer.
Is Motormouth tradeable? Some say yes, some say no.

Motormouth was part of Rocket Pass 1 which let you trade Premium items before tier 70. It's still tradable.

motor sound are not items you cant choose them in the trade window or iam blind

Sadly after Inventory Quality update we lost the ability to see and trade Engine Sounds as we dont have that item category.

I remember selling that item a while back but I had to look for it in the ALL items category.

No you are correct. You can still trade those items. The issue here is motor sounds aren't tradeable bc you can't see them in the trade window. Different issue.
