Missing Tournament Credits

Im missing like 7900 credits or however much it is when you get to the Semi Finals. the game just didnt award me anything even though I stayed until the end. Ive submitted a ticket but its all automated and theyre are completely ignoring my missing credits and just sending copy paste replys about tournaments.

Anyone had any luck retrieving missing tournaments credits?

As I said theyve already replied with a copy and paste text about tournaments and have ignored to issue so far. This is also after the initial automated reply they send first. So Ive replied repeating myself about the missing credits eventhough theyve changed to ticket to solved...

We appreciate your interest in Tournaments. It is fans like you that make Rocket League what it is today!

There is currently a limited amount of Tournaments per region. We do this to ensure that each player has the best experience possible.

You will be able to join when spots open up as Tournaments end. We suggest that you try to join a tournament every few minutes if you are unable to join the first one.

Although we do not have any updates at this time, you can follow our official Twitter page to find out about updates and any latest news! We are actively monitoring the Tournament demand, and we plan to gradually improve this feature.

My Question is: what were your 1st 3 placements? Were they higher than what Semi-Finals? If yes then it wouldn't give you any Tournament credits, it will only give them if you get higher place, also won't give any for losing in top32 even though it should at least give you placement rewards, it's just broken.

It had me down as leaving the tournament early even though I stayed and congratulated the finalists. Stripping me of my 7900 T and banning me from Tournaments for 24 hours. Still yet to hear back from the ticket since their first reply.

Could be that you got disconnected just before it handed the rewards?
