DS3 vs DS4

well i played RL for many years w a PS3 controller, but it broke out and i cant find any other new.

Should i switch to a ps4 one? Cause im used to a ps3 one, and i found a post of many years ago (idk if is fixed by now) that the deadzone in ps3 controllers is better than ps4 https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeague/comments/4dvcym/issue_using_a_ps4_controller_puts_you_at_a/.

any of you switched from ps3 to ps4 controller and felt any problems or its good?

switched from ps3 dupe/fake controller to ps4. would do again. not much changed but better controls.

I used a Ds3 controller for 2 years and it broke. Switched to DS4 and it felt incredibly slow and horrible. No matter how much I adjusted the sensitivity it still felt like crap. So I got the DS4Windows program and enabled square deadzone using that. Works like a charm now. Even better than Ds3 because it has lower input lag.

I really like the Logitech F710 wireless controller. I've had it for years and it can take a beating.

So, with the ds4windows do u think is the same control like ds3? cause i only want to have the same gamesense like in the ds3, would love to buy one but they are not on the market, so ima test the ds4

Yeah it has the same square deadzone shape using the program, you need to enable the option "square stick" in DS4Windows.

DS4 controller does feel a lot different than the DS3, physically. Take a little getting used to but it is superior.

Yeah it has the same square deadzone shape using the program, you need to enable the option "square stick" in DS4Windows.

DS4 controller does feel a lot different than the DS3, physically. Take a little getting used to but it is superior.

ok i downloaded the program, but i cant find the option of square stick, where is it exactly?

imo the ps4 controlls are better than ps3, ps3 analogs just seem like they have zero resistance and move all over the place, however ive played with both a xbox one controller and ps4 and id say both are a good choice

ok i already got it and i think works okay but the problem now is when i start the game, like it detects 2 controller and in the menu im javimj (1) , and theres javimj(2), but the same 2 are the same controller, any way to fix that?
