Unfortunately, you can't do it. At the bottom of the Item Shop, it says that all the items you buy there are non-tradable. Be more careful next time.

It's classed as 2nd hand and used now. You'll only get half your credits back.

But seriously, I think all transactions are final.
You might get a refund if you submit a ticket. But I highly doubt it.

you need to write a ticket to the psyonix support not steam and i know only of cases that people got the money back for credits they dont used and accidentaly bought
