Lag on steam but not on epic games

Yo guys, i have 0 lag when i play on epic games, but as soon as i hop onto the steam version i get these jitters and lags every 10 seconds. It's not unplayable but very unsatisfying. I have tried it with and without bakkesmod and it doesn't effect the issue. I rly don't wanna play on epic games since it doesn't have bakkesmod. Thanks in advance!

both plattforms have bakkesmod

i think your problem is with the options from the setting file(steam version) maybe some old settings in the file

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Config

Or more likely if it's fine on Freeplay then try check Voice Chat button to make sure it's not bound to same other action or just unbind it in Options - Controls - View Bindings.

Yea it's fine in freeplay but as soon as I hop into a game it starts

No way dude! I had voice chat on the same button as my boost. I unbound it and now it works as it should. Omg bro ure a life saver!

I can't thank u enough. Can finally enjoy the steam version. Freestyling was impossible cause whenever i would boost i would lag

Bro I dont use voice chat. So how should I have known that?

I unbound my push to talk and that fixed it for me. Have you tried it?
