hiw to recover replays that havent been saved

i had the best luck of my life only to be greedy and keep playing games and lose then derank after. but thats not the poij tof this post, is there anyway to get game replays that i have did without hitting save replay?

I have replays from 2016 in my profile. If you hit back on your controller, or the replay save key, or saved replay at the end of the match - all of those work. You didn't hit save... at all?

i didnt if there is a site i could track my matches to see my replays

Replay files are stored locally, if you did not save it while still in the match or post-match lobby, the best you can do is try to contact one of the other players from the match and ask whether they have saved it.

I don't know if the files are only stored locally because... I have replay files from 2016 when I uninstalled the game after about three or four hours of constant drops and strange game mechanics happening(falling through ground, out of bounds, ball moving or getting stuck on the ceiling etc) and came back and the game is so stable for me now. Those replays are from years ago, completely different pc. Idk how the replay system stores locally then. Console might be local only, I've never heard of cloudsync for Rocket League on those.

you can go to the website "ballchasing" and with some luck someone else uploaded the game . just search your name.
