How do you air dribble for long periods of time?

Hey, recently I have been interested in air dribbling for very long periods at a time like freestylers do. My only issue is that my record in air dribble challenge is only 24 seconds.

I am confused on how people keep it up so long and I can't find any yt videos about this.

1 - Preferably use Breakout.
2 - Don't lower your car.
3 - Watch the video explaining "Dolphin Dribble"

I'm a platinum/g3 div 4 but i got many champ/diamond/grand champ friends that can airdribble for long periods of time, and i'm learning their skills. Ranks doesn't matter in skill, but for some bronzes/silvers that may apply.

24 seconds is probably more than I can do, and I'm 1700 peak

Just would like to comment about a false report I just got because Fgods reported me for calling him his own rank which is Bronze. I got a warning for "false information" when I called him a bronze. He then decided to comment on my steam profile and attempt to insult when I think he was just projecting. So I guess this means you can literally call somebody their own rank and get banned from Rocket League discussions. This is very poor management by the Rocket League discussion mods. It's a shame to see it. (I checked his rl tracker. Bronze.)

He's not Bronze, at least not currently and I doubt he was before when you pointed to it too. I can check that easily too. You didn't even mention what playlist. If you want explain your opinion then write me on my Steam profile comment section.
There's no point of sharing ranks even if it was true.
Shared his opinion and experience and that's all.

Public discussions are not for arguing with Moderators or discussing it. For that you have comments in Warning message or Steam Support.
We don't have power outside forums so if you have issue with user report Steam profile or block them.
