It would be a good idea to run tracert on actual RL server addresses, instead of pinging unrelated servers. This will show you all nodes on the route to the server and their latency, which is extremely useful in identifying choking nodes.
From personal experience (and feedback of users that choose not to ignore the suggestion), I can say that it's often the ISP routing you through a choking node. This will only affect connections that go through that node, showing no problems for unrelated connections.
Many ISPs prefer to deny any problems, hoping that the customer doesn't know any better. But after providing proper proof, they usually fix the problem sooner or later.
I believe its all about the poor quality game servers.
I even tried changing my ISP :D
Don't worry Psyonix just bring your new DLC and ignore all the main problems.
Mind that I'm not blaming anyone or their connection, just suggesting a way to inspect connection problems, that helped me and several friends over the past years. Of course there are also other possible causes for these problems (local software that messes up connections, bad network hardware, WiFi in general, playing in the wrong region, or the rare actual server issues), but none of them seem to apply to the OP.
Actually i did a TON of tests. I also did shared the results.
I'll find it for ya.

(The non psyonix EU server IP's i tested are from various game servers i find using gametracker.)
Psyonix's eu server provioder is Vultr.com.
I joined a game to get the ip
"108.61.174.56.vultr.com"
https://i.postimg.cc/JhDCj5TF/screenshot-2.png
When i looked it up it shows United Kingdom. Im from Turkey wich is 2500miles away.
So if i select an near EU server it will be unfair. I'll try an UK server from gametracker
wich is "94.23.159.157"

And i tried the highes ranked server from UK

Ofcourse there are far worse ones on the gametracker but lets not forget that these are personal game servers.
I believe its enough :)
But let's get back to the topic:
Yeah, no. You proved that you are experiencing a higher ping than on other servers in that region. Nobody argued that...
A traceroute would show the exact location of the problem, ping only shows that there is a problem. Considering that you claim to "already know almost everything you can tell me about computers", you should know that.
Wait, what? When someone else is suggesting a traceroute you are suddenly interested? Hilarious. But hey, unlike OP, at least you listen to someone.
Apparently not. It's almost like believing is useless when it comes to networking, but you seem to be waiting for someone else to say the same thing until you accept it ;)
1. I T - I S - N O T - S T A B L E
On Rocket League, any unstability effects the gameplay.
2. I did not tried that software so i wanted to give it a try. I tried a bunch of traceroute softwares. Also he did an HELPFUL REPLY unlike what you're doing right now.
3. I explaned the whole process to you. See #7
Only game im having trouble is Rocket League EU... I tried US servers and they obviously have more ping but IT IS STABLE...
So im not saying "all Rocket League servers are bad". Im saying RL EU SERVERS IS BAD...
You can see the unstability on https://i.postimg.cc/JhDCj5TF/screenshot-2.png
Im saying getting better servers is the only solution. I already am using the best ISP on my country.
Have the developers aknowledge they ♥♥♥♥ed up?
300mb down, never lagged once in this game since it started.
Last 3 days, packet loss beyond belief....
Not my end, fix this please.
