Here is a Spreadsheet that has all the hit boxes and turn speeds of all the cars.

You also have to remember. Some of these are so minor that you'll barely notice if not at all any differences.
Edit: Twin is based on Batmobile
I want to see Mantis on that sheet. It's different than the Batmobile. Much easier to hold the ball on your roof and flick with the Batmobile than Mantis. With Mantis you have to hold it too close to the front and it ends up being sped up. You try to hold it in the middle and it just ends up slowing down too much. It's like the sweet spot is smaller.
Flips are also better with the mantis. More Octane like in that regard. I'm guessing the Pivot point is different.
Air dribs and wall drags are also easier with the batmobile. (Could be the visuals messing me up)
Under Super sonic Mantis seems more responsive than the batmobile. Not saying it has a tighter turning radious it's more like it gets to 100% turn faster than the bat.
Maybe it's all in my head but I think the batmobile has the advantage.
To answer your question it is a good car. A top 10 car for sure but I'm not sure about a top 5 car.
