I need help and advice controlling my anger
I just can't play this game anymore without destroying every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ item in my room. Since I was continueously playing with really bad teamplayers on platinum I am more often in a losing streak its driving me insane !! I know what I am capable of and I got some of my skills recorded but It just really wanna make me jump out of my window literally right next to !

I really really love this game so much. This is my one and only game I am playing soooo much and it's never getting boring but im so sick of those randoms just flaming and being bad at passing.

I am this affraid to destroy something in my room that I started to never play the game without my friends.

I need some advice on how to control my anger in this game. I tried music but that just messes up my skills due to the speed and drops.

play csgo for a while or dont play rocketleague for a 3 days.
or drink chocolate milk ( lowers 33% of your stress )

Sounds like you have deep seated problems. You need to detach yourself. You're getting way too worked up about literally nothing.

Getting angry over losing or useless teams mates wont make you better, it wont make you win and you wont get anything out of it.

Move away from ranked, it's obviously the cause of your anger as you lose a rank each time you lose. Go to casual. Nothing lossed nothing gained.
Once you realise that as soon as you're done with one game you can easily get on with another, you'l find that it's purely trivial and you'l laugh at the fact you ever got angry over it.

Another way is just find someone. Like if you come across a good player, or have any steam friends that are good, team up and do ranked together.

You need to realise that people have different skill levels than you. Not everyone will have sunk as much time as you into the game and you have to adjust your own play style to fit there's.

In regards to flaming...Why get mad? Why would you let it trigger you? It's just a bunch of plebs trying to set people off for the pure sake of it. Don't entertain in. Instead, just laugh at there pathetic attempts to get you mad. If you get mad at it, they're just gonna keep doing it.
