His logic is the equivalent of the United States promoting illegal entry into the country just because they don't have a 20ft wall around the entire country.
Genius!
I highlighted your problem. If you're not the "best player in that game", then, obviously, the other players are smurfs. You're going to have to come to grips with the fact that no matter how good you are at something, there will always be someone better. If they've tricked you with their "Rookie, Pro, Expert" tags, that is your fault. Those are measurements of time, not skill. Let's say for argument's sake, they are a Champ II player shading as a "Rookie". Who cares? Its one game. You're not the best in the lobby and, unfortunately, that is going to happen to you sometimes. Have fun, do the best you can and learn from the one's that beat you.

As long as the pros are happy and the crate money is rolling in, then nothing will change. Don't even fix bugs until the pro complain about it.
Proton boost bug. Players complaining about it since it was added, nothing from Psyonix. Pro player complains about it on twitter. Suddenly Psyonix care and fix it.
Demos, broken for ages (still broken). Psyonix do nothing until it happens at RLCS on lan and then suddenly "we have a fix", fix didn't work, but psyonix had no interest in fixing until it affected pro games. Won't be shocked if the current "fix" doesn't get changed until pros complain.
If you know these things to be true, why come on here and take the time to post? If they don't care aren't you just making a display to draw attention to yourself? When you bring a complaint without a solution, what have you added to the constructive path of resolution? Have you created support tickets so that the developers see your issue?
Answering the question that was posted.
I could ask why the usual suspects come on here to shill for psyonix. Every complaint thread the same posters are there to downplay any problems with the game and tell you everything is fine.
It should be punishable with a perm-ban.
I appreciate the compliment. It means you recognize me. Now, stick with me here, why not learn something from what the "Usual Suspects" post? Personally, I see a major gap between the normal way the world works and the incessant ignorance that is poured out on Psyonix every day in this discussion forum (highlighted for emphasis). It has me worried in the future of our planet. I do my very best, within the confines of cordiality, to insert some logic into this vacuum. The "usual suspects" are commonly confused with trolls because logic is so foreign to many here in this medium.
The question remains...Have you created support tickets so that the developers see your issue? Or are you just typing to hear yourself type?
Why?
I routinely play with real-life friends. Should I be punished for having fun with my friends? What about split screen? Am I not permitted by you, the RL King, to play with my kids?
And...?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
