I was banned from chat for 1 day, just for the record is the second time this happens to me, a player and as always Argentine called me monkey, I asked the chat to the other players to report him for calling me monkey, and I was literally banned for asking to report someone who was scolding me, committing racism against me, if this is not resolved I will file a lawsuit against the game owners, I have prints of everything he said against me, his profile, and even other Argentine players, who did the same, because they didn't do enough to prevent this kind of thing from happening, something like these days in jail, and the account of that kind of player should be banned, since not possible arrestelo. Thanks to everyone who read this, it was also an outburst because, I can no longer stand to pass this kind of embarrassment.

Were you though? You were probably banned for uttering the same word the person you wanted banned has said.
Chat bans are automated. The system looks for specific words and if it finds one, you get a ban. Looks like that's exactly what happened.

You received a visual notification stating precisely why the ban was levied against you. The language ban system does not necessarily ban you immediately for a single offense, but instead weighs in other reports and pre-defined thresholds. The ban system is automatic. Never use racist words, even if other players use them first.
Please try to understand how computers work. Your opponents made you repeat the word and then reported you. The software checks the text and then bans you. You were fooled.

You must stop typing anything in game. Ignore other players, mute them, or use the Quick Chat only.
