So, how to target moving balls in aerial practice?

I can only get 3-4 points in "PRO" training, depending entirely on how many static balls there are. The moving balls fired from the cannon dont seem possible to get or work out where you need to be. I can occasionally hit one, but theres not enough time to get back down to the ground and kick it from wherever it lands into the goal :(

It just takes practice. Having ball cam on helps. If the ball is moving in the air, aim for in front of the ball
