Que significa " Tryhard " ?

Cuando suelo ganar la gente me dice tryhard y no se que significa eso, supongo algo malo :P

Se suele decir en casual cuando el contrincante juega muy serio, en plan "estas jugando tryhard en un casual... Para eso ve a ranked" no se si lo entendiste pero mas o menos por ahi van los tiros
