Is there a way to change your name in Rocket League?

I started playing 6 or 8 weeks ago I think, I can't remember exactly. I've played a lot; I'm up to 1,000 matches played. In any case, I've improved a lot in that time, and my stats don't reflect my average scores. I was wondering if there's a way to see stat trends to see improvement? After 1,000 games nothing really changes any more no matter how well I do.

If not, I would like a fresh start to see where I'm at now. Anything like that possible?

As stated above you can change your steam name which is reflected in game, however your title does not match up with what your asking in the post. The only way to wipe your stats and start over would be to either create a family share account (but you would not be able to play ranked) or buy a new copy of the game, other than those 2 options I do not know of a way to wipe your personal stats.
