No, it was DLC and no longer available for purchase. It may appear in future In Item shop.

Maybe they waiting for the right time, such as promotion. But I don't see how about for Esper, Masamune, Triton, Proteus and Vulcan.

For example, from my opinions, they could bring back Aftershock and Marauder during the anniversary (and along with the missing Renegade, maybe) or bring back Delorean in October 21.
