No matter, keyboard, or controller, flying is not that easy as driving on the ground.
There are lots of concrete tutorials on youtube, and it doesnt matter if its for controller, same actions exist on keyboard, just with different buttons assigned.
Best ways to learn aerials imho:
* Make offline exhibition match with slow-mo & unlimited boost mutators and practice - jump, backwards, boost
* Pro or all-star aerial training
* Rocket league trainer software
* Freeplay (when you are consistent enough to try some things with self-setup or so)
And it will take weeks or for some even months to grasp the basics, you will need some patience.
And even when your muscle gets the basics of flying, there will be lots of other mechanics to unwrap which indirectly but reasonably affects aerials too like positioning or speed.
In other words, there is a long way ahead, BUT ITS WORTH IT. But also, keep in mind that keyboard has steeper learning curve compared to controller. And end result is a little bit better with controller, but only a little bit (which wont affect your fun if you like kb more, unless aiming to play at RLCS level champs one day). :)
And you probably want to checkout this in general https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IgI6tiYl2_A (it also contains some aerial-stuff)
