no they are the same.
There could be one settings file TAGamesettings.ini somehow changed somewhere in folder:
Documents-My games-Rocket League-TAGame
Crazy idea but you can try opposite like to test playing on your PC in his account if you have one.
I’ll play on it to get golden gifts and stuff during events and it feels LIGHT and free and fast but my sensitivity is like 2 for aerial and like 3.25 on steering.
On my main, my steering is 10 max and my aerial is 6.5 and still feels slower than my alt. It honestly just depresses me cause I feel so heavy and awkward, like I can’t turn and challenge fast and I feel like I have to use a million boost to reach anything.
I have almost 4000 hours and I know this game in and out and when something is off or not normal.
It seems to be, based on my investigation something to do with controller settings not changing or reverting to default but I can’t figure out why or how and what to change.
Some of the stuff that I’ve done to help me feel faster.
Go into controller configurations in steam and disable all controller support for RL because it’s built into the game
Change your boost to Standard doesn’t matter the paint. (I know this sounds nuts but try it!)
Lower your dodge deadzone and joystick deadzone to something comfortable but lower.
Slowly increase your steering and aerial sensitivity and play a match or two (try about .10 or .20 increments)
Let me know if any of the suggestions helped cause I’m curious to find out what the issue is and if it’s just me.
TV can add HUGE input delay, absolutely game destroying in Rocket League.
I usually have 400+ fps and today my frames were around 150 to 170 fps.
I'm wondering if something has changed drastically over one of the latest updates. Or if this is on client side something is different.
Don't have frame drops in other games like helldivers2 and what not i could think of testing it in. Which made me think it had something to do with an update on the game maybe?
Atleast that was my issues on my billion different accounts, the only thing that might now have an small impact on the feel is your cam settings and some sensitivity stuff.
