How does Season Rewards work?

Do i need to win plenty of 10 games to go up the RANKS or i just have to be, for example, PLATINUM at SOLO QUEUE and i get PLATINUM Reward? Can someone explain this to me? Appreciated

You must win ten games at each rank to unlock the corresponding rewards.

You need your first 10 wins for bronze reward. you need to reach Silver and get 10 wins in silver to get silver reward. so its like: You need 10 wins in your Rank to get the reward for it, but you have to earn all rewars before aswell. For example:
you do you placements 5 wins 5 lose and have Plat rank.
so you are only half way done to Bronze reward.
After you need,
10 wins for silver
10 for gold
and 10 wins for plat reward.
Do get Dia, you need to reach Dia and get 10 wins while being Dia.

Yea, so in PARTY QUEUE, i hit gold and i will stop in there, and start SOLO QUEUE, will i get DEMOTED for not playing party mode anymore or i can work my way up to GOLD REWARDS with no probleme at all?

You will derank and have to do like 2-3 "new" placement matches if you dont queue for a long time in party. You have to reach gold in Solo first, before continue with uhm collecting your wins for the gold reward. So hit gold rank in solo, get your win until you have your gold reward. If u reach it, i think you cant lose it even if you "lose" your rank cuz you dont play for a long time

if you have worked you way up til gold reward in party queue, you have the gold reward. so there is no gold reward for solo standard. only if you reach Grand Champion, there are diffrent "Titel" as Rewards, depends on the queue

You can solo queque whatever you want, but beware not everyone can play as good as your friends who you play with. If you already see Gold Season Rewards then you need to rank up to Platinum and win 10 games while being in Platinum rank to secure the rewards. If you secure rewards you will get them at the end of the season. Even if you derank to lower rank you still will get the reward level you secured and every level before so you will get bronze, silver, gold rewards.

So imagine im now GOLD, and i win the games that i should win to get the SEASON GOLD REWARDS, then i stop playing COMPETITIVE and play only casuals, will i DE RANK the season rewards or i wont lose the GOLD SEASON REWARD if stop playing competitive?

You will only lose the rank, not the reward, and you will only have to play a couple of recalibration games to get the rank back.

No, you get whatever your reward level is. It used to be that way, though.
