FPS drops new update (w/ FIX!)

If you have FPS drops with the new update, it's because of the DX11 update. I just tested it with modern hardware.

You can fix it by disable DX11 and fall back to DX9 like so:

DirectX 11 is now enabled by default for all players on PCYou can see our refreshed minimum and recommended PC specifications hereTo opt out of DirectX 11, and revert to DirectX 9:
• Open Steam
  
• Right-click Rocket League, select Properties
  
• Choose Select Launch Options under the General tab
  
• Paste in -dx9, select OK
  
• Start Rocket League

To change back to DirectX 11, remove -dx9 from the Select Launch Options window, and select OK

Yeah but if you switch to dx9 you cant use bakkesmod. How do you get bakkesmod to work with the dx9 version if its possible at all

It's probably possible. You still can launch RL dx9, 32bit version which was supported by bakkesmod. The problem is that if you updated bakkesmod it forced stupid dx11 version and replaced all files. I was trying to reinstall bakkesmod with old version of injector, but in order to install it first checks for last avaialable update, and unfortunately it's that stupid dx11, but if someone would have bakkesmod old version already installed and could share files, it would probably work with 32bit, dx9 RL.

Well no it wouldnt becouse the game will crash.. Thats why bakkesmod updates everytime RL updates :)

that is gonna happen because they want to change some thing that requires dx11
