The better your graphics card, the more FPS you can get. I would look at the recommended requirements for any other games you play, and see what the highest requirement is.
To answer your question. You can't expect the game to run at all if you don't have a graphics card. You're lucky to get the FPS that you get. So yes, get a graphics card.
If those two cards costs are too much for your budget, look into older generation graphic cards. Nvidia 970 and AMD R7 370 lists on eBay for less than $100. I can personally vouch for the AMD R7 370 because I had this card and it ran Rocket League, on max settings, at 60+ fps.
No actually its not. Windows 10 really does not like working on only 8gb of ram. The OS alone racks up 3Gb+ of system ram which only leaves 4Gb or less to game on. Most games these days reccomened a minimum of 8gb.
8GB is good enough for a lot of games, it depends on what you're playing. As far as Chrome, well, switch to Firefox. Chrome is way too bloated these days, and Firefox is faster anyway.
Wow, I didn't realize Windows 10 was that bad. With just Steam open, my system is using 1.7GB of RAM. I've been using Ubuntu for the past 5 years, and I've never seen it use more than 1.5GB by itself.
Edit: I've got one of those cheap tablet/laptop 2-in-1s that can only run W10. It's a 32-bit system with only 2GB of RAM, and it's only using 0.9GB with nothing open. Maybe you have background programs taking up memory?
No thats Win10 Lite. It has 90% of the features chopped out, it's basically barebones and insecure as hell. Plus is only 32bit, which completely kills its performance.
