Stop it with the "heavy car glitch"

you unplug your controller and plug it back in to fix it,it's an issue with inputs and it's as simple as that,I've experienced it twice in my almost 1,000 hours and fixed it both times by disconnecting my controller and plugging it back in,seriously guys this is day 1 of troubleshooting issues,this doesn't just happen in this game this has happened to me in multiple games it's an issue with windows picking up your controller as a mouse and keyboard

I've never heard of a keyboard and mouse player having this issue,only people who play with controllers

I play with keyboard an mouse and I had this glitch twice , I think it was 1 month ago, but I had to turn off my pc for the glitch to go away

Like I said I've encountered this twice and it's always been fixed by unplugging and plugging my controller back in

yeah, there is no evidence of it, and people say your car turns slower etc. while they are probably mixing it up with input lag which is not a game bug.

likely placebo for people who have a bad day and have to find a excuse/reason for it and jump onto the "heavy car bug" bandwagon

I can guarantee you that the glitch is real and it doesn't happen because of lag, your car just moves very slowly, barely jumps and there is no lag warning showing. You can notice it better when it happens at the beginning of the match, while you can't really touch the ball because your opponent has the normal speed. And I say this from personal experience.

I have few reasons why it's not a bug or glitch.
1) Your computer's specs sucks. Probably not strong enough or can't take sudden number of models and effects in view.
2) Your controller or KBM is wearing out. Yes, controllers and KBM do wear out overtime. You'll need to apply more pressure for it to respond.
3) Your internet is stuttering. Often times your internet loses track to send what packet and drops it.
4) The server had a hiccup. Rare occurrence but it does give that slow motion effect or the "heavy car bug".

you can tell me that its personal experience all you want, there is no evidence for it anywhere.

and the argument with the kickoff, i played 2500+ hours, and i still cant reinact the perfect kickoff all the time, of course some people are gonna be faster than you with their kickoff. there is always someone better, this is exactly what i was talking about, people having a bad day and then making up a reason on why they have their bad day

the thing about this glitch is it can even happen offline,my PC is perfectly cpabale of running this game as I have an i7 67000 and GTX 1080,but this has as I said happened to me twice and I've fixed it both times by jsut unplugging my controller and replugging it back in ,idk how to fix it for KB&M but I'd assume it works the same way

like i said, there is no evidence anywhere, when i see evidence that it exists, ill believe it.
neither i or my friends/teammates or ex mates never had this issue, all the time i see people talking about it but they never back it up. even some pros tell you that there is no heavy car bug

there are videos of people showing examples of the "heavy car bug" but again people who don't believe it's a thing will simply say "oh he's just driving slower then usual or not jumping properly" this is a thing that exists but again it's an easy fix and it's astounding psyonix hasn't acknowledged it and it's fix properly,but considering it happens to what seems like 1/1000 people once in about every 200-400 hours it's not something they should put time and effort into considering it seems to be an issue with windows not Rocket League
