Report the player through the in-game report feature:

Pause Menu > Mute/Report player > Report > Reason for report: Cheating > Submit

You won't receive a visual confirmation for every ban your report has influenced. I know how annoyingly frustrating this problem is, but unfortunately, that's really all we can do, sorry.

These idiots don't realise that if it was disallowed, then there would be restrictions in place to stop it from happening in the first place.

As someone who has been both the booster and boostee (according to these whiners) then I should be banned a long time ago. I got this game a week after it launched.

They would have to start giving warnings to Diamond players wanting to start a game with their Gold friends. It would be a bad look for any game to do that.

They changed the way ranking up works a long time ago to mitigate boosting. It's still possible to get boosted, but it takes some incredible tenacity to get it done. So if people want to do it, so what? It doesn't affect you. If you're Champ and your team-mates are Champ, and then a Champ comes in with two lower-ranked friends against you, that's always to your advantage.

No. They should instead have to force players to play in a full party if the rank difference are too far apart.

There are already systems in place to discourage it. Matchmaking will search for other players based on the highest rank in the party, and all player will lose mmr based on the lowest. If youre convicted of boosting, you do not recieve your season rewards. A friend of mine didnt recieve his because he was matched against the same party 6 times in a row, and each time they FF as soon as they could to derank. he didnt recieve his rewards. while they dont ban you for boosting, you do get punished.
