How can i make my own car model using mods?

I just want to make a car model that matches the exact hitbox of the car, i did some research and saw that in most cars hitboxes don't match them at all and i would just like a model that matches the said hitbox 100%

there is no official statement but you can use mods look at all the streamer that modding the game even with extra gamemodes and car models
