Atomic Bomb goal explosion ?

i just witnessed a cool goal explosion that i've never seen before, i think it's new but i can't find it anywhere, not even in RL Insider
it starts with a complete white screen and high pitched noise and then you can see an atomic shaped goal explosion after that beep
any ideas ?

This is in the 4th Twitch Prime pack, 80+ days after have purchased the first pack

It's called meta-blast you get it on tier 68 of rocket pass.

you need t prime and pay for what they give you at 82 days

I have Twitch prime and there is nothing about RL or a goal explosion other than that weird car.

if you have twitch prime go look at the crown icon and scroll for RL. then click it and you should have the option to claim the new goal explosion after authorizing access to share info between twitch and RL or something
