Where are the servers exactly?

I mean Psyonix doesn't own only 7 (or how many there are in the main menu) servers around the planet?
There's some ping issue for me in Ukraine at Europe server - constant ping is 88 ms, a few months ago it was +-50 and a few more +-30, so I wonder

I have no idea. i used to have 30 in Spain and since the September update I only get 70+

Some of them them seem to be located in the Netherlands. At least that's the location listed in most Geo-IP databases.
You can take a look yourself by using an IP address from your logs at a site like https://www.iplocation.net/

March 2017 doesn't sound like "recent"...

As your psyonix link is even older (2015 with a pointless 2017 necro), a lot could have changed by now. At least Netherlands is still active, not sure if other locations (in europe) where ever used or are being used right now.

Exactly lol. From what I gathered, that rise in lag happened for many people at the begining of September.
