Why EU Servers Are Bad ?
Im from Turkey and this game is not playable for me.
The only online game im having connectivity issues is Rocket League.
I always use cabled
All other EU based online games works perfectly fine with stable and low latency.
On RL i have 64ms to 180ms ping on EU/ME servers and its not stable.
I tried US server and got 250ms (-+2) but perfectly stable.

I can not play this game just becouse of that unstable ping.
Im pretty sure the problem is server based.
Even mobile games have better servers.
PLEASE USE BETTER SERVERS

Things i have and tried-
-MSI Killer Network
-Changed my ISP for better internet overall.
-Ported my modem
-Leatrix Latency Fix
-TCP Optimizer
-Blocking unneccesary Windows apps/services from firewall

well..... a few servers are kinda ..... broken because of the ddos attacks many countries in eu are getting.. specially norway and the uk are the ones that have the most trouble

http://www.digitalattackmap.com/#anim=1&color=1&country=ALL&list=1&time=17826&view=map

meaby its because of that

Protecting from DDOS is not that hard nowadays. Even consumer modems have some protection. Yet server providers have better systems for that. For the price ofcourse :)

Please Fix EU servers.

Based on what? You haven't even ping the servers to know how effeciently they are being routed by your ISP.
I've seen several players from Turkey and they have no network problem as it's shown within the game. I also play on Europe servers and rarely have any problems.

Most of your troubleshooting is more likely to be working against you, rather than helping.

-MSI Killer Network
-Leatrix Latency Fix
-TCP Optimizer
Generic pre-made network/latency "fix" programs might work well for some particular game protocols but cause problems for others, or just overall make things work even worse. Specially considering you are using several different ones at the same time, and one is speciffic for MMORPG games.

-Ported my modem
Do you mean whitelisting the ports used by the game? This is generally not necessary nowadays unless you can't actually connect to online services or servers in a game.

-Blocking unneccesary Windows apps/services from firewall
This could cause you problems as well as depending on what you block.

Keep it simple. If you don't know how to configure your network, leave things as default or learn how to configure them.

#edit: I failed to notice you actually did ping servers, which by your posted results, they are working just fine latency-wise for the distance from Turkey to the servers location.

The servers i said pinged for one hour was not the Rocket League servers.
But when i ping the Rocket League servers the result are not stable. You can try it too, use Resource Manager to check the IP adress and try to ping it with cmd. I said it becouse only the EU servers seems to unstable. I tried pinging RL US servers too like i said and they were high but stable. I'll post a screen shot the the ping results when i get back home.

You may be right about my isp is not routed well with the RL servers and this is the exact thing im talking about.
If its my ISP why other EU based games are stable?
LoL EU 44ms Stable
CS:GO 51ms-60ms
Paladins 60ms Stable
And Rocket League 64ms-180ms

The point is i can play with 180ms but its not stable. When i get used to 64-84ms the ping goes crazy and every ms is important for games like rocket league. Even the ball stutters sometimes

This is a Global game and i want better servers to play it properly.

About my list of "things i tried" I tried them AFTER I had the issue and did not tried them at the same time...
I tried them combined and seperately.
I did all kinda ping and connection stability tests available with and without them.

Having ping variating from 60 to more the double is either the ISP routing or how the data is handled in your computer or network.
I’m taking the game and servers out of this because I never had that issue and I’m located at a considerable distance distance from main servers on europe, being psyonix or not.

I’m not special and have the same game and servers working fine when you don’t.

#edit:
Since you used all those programs that mess with your network;
Open CMD with Admin previleges and type:

netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /flushdns

Change your DNS to preferably your own ISP DNS (you might have to google it or contact their support to get this) or to openDNS or google DNS.

opendns 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
google dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Restart the computer.

I already know almost everything you can tell me about computers.

I've also done tests with different DNS addresses. Fastest DNS for me is Level 3 A

If my network settings are messed up why the other games not effected ?
Thats why what you're saying is nonsense.

If my ISP is not having connection problems on better servers, is this my ISP's problem?
Answer is NO.
The only thing I can see as a result of my research is that other games I play have better servers. I don't have any connection problems with quality servers.
All I want and what it should be is better server quality for Rocket League EU.
We're talking about a server where even close ones suffer. (check reddit)

After all, I bought this game and lots of its DLC's, I think I deserve better service.

*Edit
Even my friends who lives near the ISP distribution center has the same problem.

Look, I'm not here to argue but tell me this; If we use the same game and server region, and I don't have your issues, where would you think the issue is? I'm either lying or you have an ISP routing issue for the european servers, for some reason.
Pick your poison.

The Rocket League EU servers have issues with Turkish ISP's.
Like i said earlier I don't have any connection problems with any other EU based games.
Both me and my friends are using different IPS's yet we have the same problem. Only on Rocket League. How about you tell me this ?
