Lag with low ping (read please)

I tried every troubleshoot about the issue and a couple more things. I still get packet loss from time to time - its random - and it can be sever or low, but it still rubberbands and lags.
I could say, by an estimate , I get packet loss/lag/rubberband 9 out of 10. maybe sometimes its 8 out of 10 but its rare. some times i ply like 10 games and the whole 10 i get lag. ping is around 40 to 65/70.

What am I missing? I know my ISP is having issue but sometimes I just change game - to check - and the other game is fine - not even a single packet loss. So, most of the times it's only Rocket League.

It's because Rocket League is such intensive and "fast moving" game, the packets don't keep up on what's going on.. :/

I have same problem sometimes, rarely, luckily. But it's still really annoying.

This can also be due to poor download/upload speeds, on my old wifi I remember constantly lagging in games because I had 1 Mbps download speed and 400 kb/s upload speed but the game would say I had 9-30 ping. If you have 25Mb/s download and 5Mb/s upload you should be fine but lower and it could be the cause of lag. Another possibility is that you have a lot of devices connected yo your wifi network that could be lowering bandwith, and this can be fixed with ethernet cable or turning wifi off on devices not using it. The last reasonable thing I can think of is if you are using fiber internet and there is a lot of activity in your area which could slow down internet for you and it could get better later in night or on holidays when people are online less and spending time with family (hopefully).

If this doesnt help/already wired connection there is not really anything you yourself can do about it.

yeaahh.. about that :P .. suposenly I have 100Mb download (its never 100 but its close) and around 8Mb upload.

And my computer is always connected by ethernet cable. :) :3

And my area doesn't have fiber because my ISP is an idiot... it's coaxial cable for me. oh well...
