Framerate issues while streaming?

Just wanting to know if anyone else has been having this issue and if anyone know of how to fix it but ever since the new competitive season whenever i stream this game i get really bad framerate lag on my end. When im not streaming i can get between like 100 and 200 fps while playing and yet when i am streaming i barely get 30. No other game ive streamed has had this problem. Anyone know how to fix it?

I use obs studio 64 bit, stream to twitch, only other program i have open besides that and rocket league are the steam client, discord, and spotify to listen to music. i run the game on max settings, and have tried turning them down which has had no effect, i havent changed any of my obs settings in over a month. Ping is fine in game and i dont get any of their network connectivity icons.

Stream with NVENC encoder, if that doesnt work, try x264 with a lower bitrate.

Some computer stats would be dope, CPU, GPU, ETC

Your pc probably isn't good enough to stream and hold a high fps

As i stated before, any other game runs fine while i stream and this game even used to run fine too up until their most recent update

Have you found an answer? I’m able to stream R6 perfectly crisp at 6000 bitrate but rocket leagues at like 700 and drops to 0

if u have framerate issues for me (on my old setup) the only anser was Action! that thing was so performant holy moly and life time licence aswell for like no money at all. But thats a few years back (and a other game with much bigger performance requirements).
