Mouse and Keyboard do not respond in Rocket League?

The title basically says it all... Since yesterday, my cursor just chills on my screen when RL is open. I can move it around but if I click on any buttons it doesn't register. If I want to type in the chat by pressing my designated key (Y), it doesn't register. I cannot do shift+tab to open the steam overlay. The only thing that works is my PS4 controller. The game works fine, but it's just annoying that I'm not able to communicate with basically anybody in the text chats.

If you had this problem and or know how to fix it, any help would be greatly appreciated!
Stuff I've already done:
-verify integrity of game files
-open/close RL and steam

Go to the options menu, and then, controls. Reset everything to default. Try that.

I have the same problem...
I use the keyboard and mouse to play, with this fault I can not do anything since I can not move from the main menu, I have the steam controller and it works correctly but I do not want to play with command.

I hope someone finds the solution or Psyonix solve the problem

I did end up fixing it. Restart PC (make sure you sign COMPLETELY out and back into steam), and mine repaired itself. Hope it works for you too.
