Any particular reason I can't trade-up any of my items?

Other than the fact that you can only trade-up things in the same crate (which is the crappiest move I've ever seen with one of these RNG Skinner's Rat's machines.
But even stuff in the same crate family cannot be traded up, it just errors all the time.

Are you sure what you trade-up are of same quality (5 rare or 5 very rare) ?

Having you tried doing the really basic stuff like completely closing Steam and restarting it?

It's just a connection error and you have to go through with it (according to my experienced colleague who sits next to me because I'm a beginner), restarting Steam can help.

It's been an issue for the past 4/5 months, since they started mass producing the damn things.
I have restarted Steam multiple times, it isn't my end I have tried on multiple different machines and scenarios.

Are you sure you traded up Maximon decal, they are classed veyr rare but this is a bug, they are rare decals normally.

Nope, all things within the same set, in the same rarity grade. No Maximon.
Just broken for the sake of being broken.
