id be weary to trust those, as there are many videos of people hacking in games and saying its safe. its up to you tho

It only effects your side of the client so it's not visible to other players and somewhere the devs said it's safe to use

You can't get banned as Rotations said it's client side only. What everyone else sees you car as is the items you are changing from.
