Changed engine sounds?

I use Octane ZSR V1 (original one) because you get a cool dump valve sound, and since the update that little "tssh" noise isn't there anymore... what gives?

You mean turbo exhaust? I hear it just fine.

No the dump valve noise. It was patched in 1.40 (missing sound according to the patch notes) but it appears to have come back.

By accelerating for a few seconds and release the gas, the "tss" sounds as if winding down? That's the turbo exhaust.

You may call it that, but it's called a dump valve in my country or in Psyonix's patch notes a blowoff valve.

From the patch notes;

"Fixed missing blowoff valve audio for Octane ZSR Engine"

Well, it's missing again.

Are you saying it works for you fine? Then it must be bugged for some of us and not for others.

Well if Vonstyne is to be believed, that is not the case.

I have verified the files, all files validated no problem.

I'm still missing the sound.

I'll post this in the bugs forum over at Psyonix and let them know.
