Lag Spikes every 3 seconds, NEED HELP!!!

Every 3 seconds, in a match or even in main menu, I get a lag spike every 3 seconds or so. My ping stays the same, but it still lags to the point that I can'teven play. I don't know what do do to fix this problem! If anyone knows, please help.

hmm seems its your hardware throttling? post spec here, and hardware normal temperature

I have the same problem ingame not in practice or in menu...i 7 4790 k and gtx 1070..no matter which resolution or setting i have that lag and it did not happen before..my fps stays at 60 all the time with 16.6 ms frametime...i think its a server issue or something is wrong with my isp....but its hard to play with fun that way

micro stutter and lag spike are here since years ... you notice it more and less that depends ...

but when it is not here you feel like you play a new game .

ok / a solution that work for lot of people :


Open Registry Editor (Run > regedit)
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore
Set the value of DWORD "GameDVR_Enabled" to 0
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\
Create key "GameDVR".
Create DWORD 32bit called "AllowGameDVR" and set to 0
Restart your computer.
