Why is there alt tab lag in this game? it wasn't there before

weirdly i think its windows update related as up untill that last update no game would do this for me, now every game does it.

In Windows 10 goto 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Focus Assist' > For the option 'When I'm Playing a Game' turn it off.

This should fix the issue. I had the same problem and this fixed it. Was part of a recent windows update.

Unfortunately I still get this alt-tab lag and Focus Assist is all turned off for me.
