Danger of playing RL on the same PC with two accounts

I'm thinking of getting myself another copy of Rocket League on a new account, but i remember that someone said that when he played Rocket League on another account a lot of things happened to his main account like save file corruption, stats reset and other things. Is playing this game on more than one account on the same PC wrong? I mean can it cause any problems to Rocket League files in my main account? Or any other corruptions in other steam files?

Two steam accouns is ok..
but two copys of rocket league is not ok, that is smufing and this get a ban for both RL accounts

Having a second account doesn't mean smurfing.

Yes and no. He/She may play on his/her second account but as long he/she plays the game honorably. Meaning to play the game to get to the higher ranks of matchmaking. Matchmaking will begin pairing you against tougher opponents. However! Choosing to stay in the lower ranks and bully the inexperienced players isn't acceptable.
