Non-existing variants of painted surfboard and foam hat

I'm collecting painted toppers and as far as I know from all the toppers that were added with the autumn update the following variants aren't existing:

Foam Hat: Lime, Saffron
Surfboard: Forest Green, Grey, Titanium White

Can anyone confirm this or has anyone seen one of the mentioned toppers anywhere?

I'm pretty sure forest green surfboard exists, this list (it's a price sheet but that doesn't matter for you) shows which items exist (the items with a price) and which don't (marked with a '-')

Yeah, but that list isn't trustworthy. Purple Catfish, Crimson Heart Glasses and Grey MMS do exist, they are in my inventory.
