So ummm, Hacks and Cheats are Common in Rocket League?

I saw someone who drove around carrying the ball on top of his car for a good 2 minutes despite people crashing into him the ball always stayed on top of his car, and then later he kept destroying other cars, he destroyed something like 20 cars in 3 minutes.

So what I described above, you've seen that before? Is it possible for elite players to do that?

It is possible for elite players to dribble the ball for a very long time, and to get tons of demos. It's even possible for someone to get bumped while dribbling and still retain the dribble, as long as they are quick enough to reset themselves. I doubt it was as severe as you describe in your first post.

This isn't World in Conflict. About the only cheat there has ever been in RL was when someone wrote a script so you could see the trajectory of the ball in match on PC. They were quickly banned.

oh it was like popcorn, he was destroying every opponent car almost as soon as they appeared, luckily I was on his team so I could witness it all.

So dribble means to drive around with the ball on top of the car? I mean like literally glued to the top of the car. That's called "dribble"?

How does one drive around with the ball glued to the top of the car, such as what I saw, how do you do that?...and drive like that for 2 minutes and the ball stay glued to the top of the car despite people crashing into him?

I have also never seen cheats in RL. Did you at least report him for cheating? Save the replay (so you could review what happened)?

Why would I report him, it was only like the 20th match I've ever played in this game, if its rare and unusual then yeah next time I'll report it but if it's common then no reason to.
