The 1 thing i noticed when i was ranking up on my thrown account. Most players in silver/gold are better players (overall) than those in D3/C1/C2 because they are more focused on playing the core of the game, they chase less than the above mentioned ranks, position better, rotate better, pass better (90% of the time) take passes better (90% of the time) and read the play better. From silver 1 to Gold 3, everyone on my team would turn into a Champ 1 minimum. (Skill wise) Only difference is they are slightly slower and slightly less consistent, but they are good because they watch to learn.

As soon as you get to plat 1, punishment time. Everyone is the best player world wide. chasing starts, doesn't end it progressively gets worse in Diamond, D3/C1 is cancer, C2/C3 is just as bad as plat 1-3.

It's cool, we can all just derank to a rank where the people we are playing with are consistently the same skill level as those we are playing against and stay there. I mean, if i am playing with silvers and plats in C2/C3 i may as well play with the same skilled players in actual silver and plat as long as the people i will be playing against will be closer to equally skilled as my team mates than if i stay in C2/C3.

Derank to Silver1. Win to Plat 1-2 ( if i can be bothered putting up with toxic #1 world wide players past Plat 1 ). Derank to silver 1. Could be fun.

I know a bit about statistics. There's skill and there are fails. How often you fail would rank your skill, but then you're not a professional, so your skill probably fluctates quite a bit. How much? 3K hours of play with almost 2800 of that hours are with random Qeue.

the MM it's rigged??? well it is, and it's more rigged in every seasson, why??? well maybe it's because the soft reset and boosters, every new seasson with soft reset there's more and more "gold" players than ranked up to diamond, that means that after their placement matches, even loosing all the 10 matches they are going to start on diamond or plat 3.

you can think... heyy but if they are bad they will go down in rank again!!!

that's true at 50%, the first seassons with soft reset wasn't very notizable, but after more seasson passed there's more and more and more and more "gold" players on plat and diamond ranks.

and when the new seasson start there's more and more and more chances to play with others "gold" players boosted by this soft reset system to plat and diamond ranks, to the point where they are in "the correct rank".

Correct rank only because now 90% of gold players are in plat and diamond ranks, they are already playing VS gold players, in consecuence they win are lose the same amount of matches with a direct consecuence that they are not going to return to gold never again, in fact some of them are going to arrive to diamond 3 - champ rank.

but they are not in that rank because they are good, they are in that rank because the actual "skills" in high ranks are lower than 2 years ago, because this soft reset system provoqued that.

now ADD the rigged system of 50% ratio of win/lose that the game put in your face to don't demoralize you, where only the good players that random Qeue pay for it.





with that said we can already remove gold rank completely and plat rank and we will no see any diference in the MM.




yes...yes... people now fly more and even drive more in walls..... but they lack of the basics of the game, they lack of brain while playing, they just shoot and shoot with the hope to score a goal in every hit they do, kick off everywhere even if the 3 oponnents are on their own net defending.
