Create a support ticket here, psyonix should be able to give you your items back but untradeable.
steam guard cant do anything if you login to a fake site and literally give them your steam guard code with your user and password.
you cant blame your house key for people breaking into your house with it, when youre the one loosing it :P
as far as i know there is no other way of scams for rocket league items. OR you got a virus/keylogger from somewhere and typed in your info, which then got tracked and used.
either way, if you have steam guard enabled it had to be one of these two options, or you have a very evil friend who traded the items away while you were not at your pc if he was at your house lmao
not calling you stupid, but thats as far as i know, the only option of scams for rocket league stuff right now
no worries, hope support can give you your stuff back. i once lost about 28 keys and heatwave back in the day where it was brand new, because i was at a public event lan, and some dude decided to trade away my stuff while i was going to the admins and take a bathroom break.
support back in the day could only tell me which steam account they went to but were not able to return them. but that was years ago, some time back a pro player got scammed his entire profile including alpha items as far as i remember, and since then more and more people have stated that support helped them with getting their stuff back, but they got untradeable
If your password wasn't like 123 you they shoud not have had accssess to your account. If your password is not strong enough it can be hacked with little knowledge and a script. My friend managed to hack his own account within 5 mins. Also Steamguard only has 5 caracters wich make it easy to hack once the password is cracked.
Either you had a weak password, you got scammed by a false steam link or you have some virus/trojans or similar on your pc that log your keyboard input.
I recomend you to be careful where you log in. As mentioned above those scammers put a lot of effort into they're fake websites. I've taken a screenshot of the steamhomepage in my browser.

Note that there is a lock on the far left before the www adress wich also says valve coroperation. If you don't see this it's a fake site. Im not sure if this can be faked to but i've never had something happen with my account so far so i guess that's still save.
I'd recomend you to use a "howstrongismypassword" page wich you can find trought google and type in some characters to see how long it woud take to crack the password with a proper computer. 5-10 years is not a lot. If your password is that "weak" you shoud change your password in a 2.5 year rhytm. In this case if they try to hack you and change your password wich they don't know all the data with wrong passwords they gatherd is usless. My password is save for 50 years. I immediatly changed it from like 16 characters to a lot more since my friend told me his story.
Good luck for the future and hope you get your stuff back.
