What are the Brake and Throttle buttons

stupid question i know, but i was intrigued by the keybinds the Pro players use, and i came across with these 2 buttons or functions that are not appearing in my control list.

If using a Xbox controller the default throttle will be right trigger or (Z) binding. For some reason windows controller calibration program deems the Right trigger function to be labeled as (Z) Button. Rocket League's key binding setting is used as the default binding functionality, unless you enable (Xbox controller config support) thru the Steam apps controller settings window.
Having this enabled, which I recommend, will allow for a more dynamic and in-depth modification for your preferred controller configuration.
Oh and brake will be left trigger naturally by default.
(The brake also works as Reverse Throttle.)
Once the car has slowed to the point of stopping continued pressing of the left trigger will initiate a reverse thrust for as long as its held. Power braking or the "E-Brake" by default is the B button for Xbox controller. Layouts are similar across platforms when it comes down to the default controller configuration.

So its basically, the accelerate/gas (throttle) and drive backwards (brake) functions right?
