That aside, yes, I find it demeaning and disrespectful, more so when it comes from a player who has not contributed a lot to the game or when the game was anything but "ez" as it becomes a blatant lie.

Imho it is disrespectful, however you have to take into account the mentality of the children who post it and understand they are who they are and not people i would associate with in any other circumstance.
It doesn't offend me when people say ez after a game, but it does project a form of unsportsmanlike behavior.
As said before, it usually is the case that it's the player who has done the least to contribute to the game.
Myself, I always say gg, regardless of the outcome of the game or how the game went. It's a sign of sportsmanship and respect towards opponents imo. My opponents could just as well be my teammates another day.
