If you are on console PC players then have the PSYnet avatar.
Means cross platform.

PSY NET = Psyonix Network
Cross platform players connecting to the psyonix servers.
On the same platform players see their personal avatars.
Other platforms are visible as PSY NET.

I tested it on Playstation and Steam.
So it doesn't mean Playstation Network!
But i thought it also first
